This small but charming museum is dedicated to the history of food in Mexico. It features a mix of historical artifacts, interactive exhibits, and documents that trace the evolution of eating from pre-Hispanic times to the present day.

In addition to its museum, the Herdez Foundation houses a culinary research center with more than 7,000 books and unique resources on Mexican cuisine, ranging from colonial cookbooks to anthropological studies.
