It’s a chaotic, nostalgic, and magical museum. Its collection features over a million toys from Mexico and around the world, arranged in an almost spontaneous way, as if you were stepping into a giant trunk of collective memories.

Did You Know…?

MUJAM was founded by architect Roberto Shimizu and his son. The building, a former tenement, also houses murals, temporary exhibitions, and workshops. It is a blend of museum, gallery, and cultural resistance space.

Although it’s in a less touristy area, it’s easy to get there on foot from Metro stations or by Ecobici. It’s a great idea to combine this with a stroll through Roma Sur.
