What Makes It Special?

This unique museum is located inside the monumental bust of Benito Juárez that overlooks the eastern part of the city. More than just a conventional museum, it is a symbolic and cultural space that pays tribute to one of the most important figures in Mexican history.

Did You Know…?

The sculpture was unveiled in 1976; it stands over 13 meters tall and is made of reinforced concrete. Inside is a small museum space dedicated to the life and legacy of Juárez, and it offers a panoramic view of the cityscape from the top of the head.

Although the interior is small, it’s well worth a visit for its architectural and symbolic significance. Many consider it one of the most intriguing examples of public art in Mexico City, perfect for unique photos and reflections on historical memory.
