What Makes It Special?

This modern facility, donated by the Slim Foundation and operated by UNAM, is dedicated to the conservation, study, and promotion of Mexico’s amazing natural heritage. With more than 60,000 specimens of Mexican species, the museum offers an immersive experience featuring state-of-the-art technology, augmented reality, and interactive resources.

Did You Know…?

The pavilion houses the country's most important biological collections, ranging from butterflies and fungi to reptiles, fish, and plants, many of which are endemic or endangered.

Don’t Miss
